First: Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time: Orders are prepared and carefully packed to protect tiles and slabs during transport. Delivery takes from [2 to 5] business days depending on the location and the quantity ordered.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any broken or damaged pieces in the presence of the delivery representative.

Second: Exchange & Return Policy

• Returnable Products: Products may be returned or exchanged within [14 days] of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened boxes and in resalable condition.
• Non-Returnable Products: Products that have been cut, installed, or custom-sized marble slabs cannot be returned.
• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive damaged pieces or items different from what you ordered, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will replace them and cover the delivery costs at no additional charge.
• Return Shipping Fees (Change of Mind): If you wish to return products that meet the conditions above, the customer is responsible for return delivery fees.
